A semi speed painting done entirely in Photoshop. It took me aproximately 4 hours to complete. I am trying to optimize my workflow and I believe speed painting is a very effective way to do that. You don't get stuck with details and focus on the essentials. Of course, if I were to finish this painting I don't think I could do it, but it would result in something quite different anyway. I started with a reference of a New York street and went on from there. It ended up looking more european especially with Barcelona. This was not intentional but somehow that is what speed painting is also about: finding a path while creating.
I hope you like it.
